How do I use it?

Simply read through the questions or search for topics that interest you.

Can I submit questions?

Just go to our automated booking section to schedule an appointment. For now, we’re only available on weekends.

No. If you’re at work, having dinner, or in another public location, we can meet you wherever you tell us. Just make sure you have the owner’s permission, or request the service in an appropriate area.

Does the service have to be strictly at my house?

Can I request the service for multiple vehicles?

Yes. Just make sure both vehicles are nearby to avoid an extra travel charge to your location.

Can I gift the service to a friend?

Yes, but you need to let your friend know so the vehicle is where you tell us it will be. It’s the responsibility of the person making the booking to make sure the service can be carried out properly.

If I have a coupon, can I use it even if the service isn’t for me?

Yes. If you have multiple vehicles, gift the service, or someone uses it for you, you can still claim the 10th wash for free. But it’s your responsibility keep your coupon safe.
